Pricing of rooms vary with location, size, house features, etc. Average price of rooms is between $375 - $450. This price is all inclusive which means that you do not have to pay any extra for things like hydro, water, laundry and internet. Many of our rooms for rent are perfect for you if your a Mohawk Student. Many houses are minutes from the college (walking distance). Our prices are much cheaper than living in Mohawk College residence. Before you make a commitment make sure you check out some of our rooms.
